OPTI-CHANNEL consists of several modules, each with a different function:
Broadcast Modelling. This module enables you to compile a detailed inventory of the physical and human resources required to produce the broadcast.
Workload Analyses. Analyses the production requirement and adapts it to the resources according to the real physical and human constraints (technical problems, holidays, training). This enables you to decide whether to take on personnel, use sub-contractors, re-assign staff or even broaden their skills.
The workload will immediately show up the peaks in demand due to events, and demand cycles.
Equipment Planning. Allocation of equipment according to the constraints in application, (studios, OB units, editing suite, etc).
Personnel planning. Optimised personnel timetable management to enable:
organisation of working periods,
fair distribution of working hours,
compliance with legislation,
control of overtime,
judicious use of part-time working.
This module gives the planner complete flexibility with regard to changes in legislation (e.g. adapting to the law on a 35-hour working week in France).
Follow up. Allows the real time management of the planning.

decentralized acces via intranet.
Integration with IT Systems (payroll, ERP, infocentres). The open architecture makes it possible to integrate payroll systems, infocentres and the results of the company's analysis.
